Primer: 15W transformator s 3W lučmi 15 ÷ 3 = 5 luči

Transformatorji so na voljo v različnih izvedbah. Izbira transformatorja je odvisna od števila luči, ki jih želite priključiti.

Transformatorji imajo omejeno število vhodov na priklopnem razdelilcu. Priklopni razdelilec s 6 vrati omogoča priklop največ 6 luči.

Pri izbiri je potrebno upoštevati tako skupno moč luči, kakor tudi število vhodov na priklopnem razdelilcu
